Our Repair Process
Getting Started
Getting started is easy. Simply request a call through the “Request a Quote” option in our menu, or reach out by phone or email during business hours and we’ll assist you directly. We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the issue, then schedule a convenient time for you to come in.
Our first look
When you arrive for your appointment, a technician will gather some basic information about your vehicle and take a quick look at your concern. We’ll talk through what we’re seeing and may outline a few possible directions for the repair. While we won’t provide a formal quote at this stage as a full inspection is required before we can recommend a specific repair plan.
Diagnosis and Repair
Once your vehicle is brought into the shop, our technician will perform a thorough diagnosis along with a complimentary inspection. We’ll then reach out to review our findings and walk you through the best repair options based on your budget and schedule. With your approval, we’ll order the necessary parts and complete the work using trusted materials and proven methods, handled by an experienced technician familiar with your vehicle’s make and model.
Pickup
That’s it! Once the repair is complete, the technician will perform a brief test—either a short drive or idle check—to make sure everything is working properly and the issue has been fully resolved. You’ll then receive a call or text, whichever you prefer, letting you know your vehicle is ready for pickup. We’re happy to store your vehicle for up to one week at no charge; after that, a small daily storage fee will apply starting at the beginning of the second week.

Yes, but there is a small catch. Due to declining parts quality and a desire to only turn out lasting and high-quality repairs, we require you to go over with us what parts you purchased or plan to purchase for your car to ensure that all required parts are supplied and will fit your vehicle as intended. Additionally, any extra parts we find ourselves needing we will source through whichever channel is fastest to prevent delays.

There’s a few methods we can use to get your vehicle here: we can help you arrange a tow if your vehicle doesn’t run; or, we can accept delivery of your vehicle up to 3 days before your scheduled service date.
